My father & I came to Lake Chapala in 2005 to check out the Ajijic area. On a lazy Sunday we decided to check out available houses with Miguel. He knew what would work for us just by listening and getting to know us. After the sale which he made painless, he and his wife Elaine showed us around town and Guadalajara. Miguel isn’t your typical realtor who disappears after he has the check. Months later, Miguel was there to help us through the transition phase of actually moving and living in Mexico.  My partner and I had a list of criteria for a Lake Chapala retirement house. We did our research about living in Mexico.
